That sounds very likely: B&W designed and built the BC-939 antenna 
coupler for the BC-610. That coupler was also used with the T-368.

The BC-939 was specifically designed to allow the BC-610 to match that 30 
foot whip that was carried on the BC-399 truck-mounted station.
