[ARC5] BC-610 questions

In retrospect, my adventure turned out very sadly.
Two friends of mine (brothers) back in high school had a HT-4. Actually, I
guess it was their fathers but
all the family members were hams. They used it almost every day. They also
had a SX-28 receiver. The
VFO for the BC-610 was taken from a ART13. Anyway, when they went off to
college they sold it to me
for $20, I got a borrowed a trailer and moved it to my house. I was one
year younger than they were and
not off to college yet.
Anyway, I had just gotten into SSB with a CE-10A and was thinking about
building an amplifier. I had
loads of spare 250th's and 100th's tubes as well. But no extra hardware. I
disassembled it and used it
for amplifier parts. Sold some parts, I already had a plate supply for the
amplifier project so I traded the
power transformer for some Collins mechanical filters to another much older
ham that was built a lot
of amplifiers.
Wish I had it now.
