Well do something to punish the spammer:

1. File a SpamCop report (it's free) www.spamcop.net

2a. Isolate the domain name in the spammer provided URL; in this case
"movinggears.com"
2b. Put that URL into www.xwhois.com and click "TRACE". Look for the last
ISP to touch thye spam, and forward a copy of the spam to "abuse at ISPName"
2c. Still in Xwhois click "WHOIS". Look for the Domain Registrar. Forward
the spam to "abuse at registrarname.com"

3. Forward the spam to abuse at yahoo.com.

Do ALL the above ASAP. The sooner the spam site is shut down, the less
money the spammer makes. Help make the activity unprofitable.
