[ARC5] BC-221 QST articles.

Gentlemen:

When I offered to send a QST article on the BC-221, I mean ONE article: 
there are something like 20 different articles, and I am most certainly not 
going to spend the time to send all of those to anyone.

Anyone who is not an ARRL member and who wants an article 
can search the ARRL's QST archive database, and request 
ONE article from me.

Members can download their own articles.
