[ARC5] BC-221 Coupling

HF coax usually just uses braid (no foil) and the coverage is less
than 100% even for the good stuff.  I wouldn't be surprised if you
could pick up enough signal simply by running a wire from the BC-221
to the coax and wrapping it around several times.
