     My first impression was the above, simply that the last 
digits indicated the conventional tube number, however, I 
could not find the type 64 tube anywhere. I have several old 
tube manuals, both physical books and PDF but this is seems 
an odd tube. From the diagram its a receiving type triode. 
Does anyone have more information or know of a source for 
more?
