One difference that I have found in the manuals between BC-1206-C and
BC-1206-CM is the tube lineup. -C uses 14A7 in the RF and IF stages. -CM uses
14H7. As a general statement, the biggest practical difference between
BC-1206-A through BC-1206-D are the tube linups. At least part of the
production of each model has a different tube lineup from all of the others. Besides
octal versus loctal, some use two 25L6's, some use one 28D7 and the -D uses
two 28D7's.
