[ARC5] ARB Modifications

Add to my own prior list for below the BCB.

1935 first run HRO with all 9 coil sets, goes down to 50KHz.

1972  HRO-500 (last production run) with LF/10 goes to 5 KHz. 1961-62 all SS 
design

1961 Racal RA-17L with RA-137 LF adaptor goes to 10KHz.

HP-3586B Selective level meter  Goes down to 50Hz, great for listening to 
whistlers as well as giving accurate signal level readings.
