[ARC5] ARB Modifications

There was a "Surplus" column/conversion article devoted to the ARB in CQ (where else....) some time between mid 1956 and the end of 1957.  I used to have a copy of the issue but would have to find it, and that could take a while....  but to my knowledge, unless something was published in 73 Magazine during the 60s (and it may well have been), that's it.
