[ARC5] Touch Up Paint

    Over time, from the original Type K prototypes to the last AN/ARC-5 
units, the black wrinkle evolved. I do not know whether that was because 
of attempts to speed up production, different ingredients in the paint, 
Navy specs, or just the passage of time, I think very early SCR-274N 
sets differed from ARC-5, though by a little less. The early sets' 
wrinkle was a little less pronounced.
