[ARC5] Arc-5 screw removal

Interesting theory. But, ...
  a.. the sheared off screw will not have left a flat plane normal to the direction of the screw
  b.. brass is harder than aluminium, especially at the fracture face
  c.. the pressure required to make a dent in brass is beyond what Joe Average will achieve with a Spiral push drill
  d.. push harder to make a dent in the brass and you'll either break the drill bit or wander into the soft aluminium
