Hello Group,
I work in a pool supply warehouse at times.
A good deal of chemical in the warehouse is some derivative of chlorine.
The spills at times and rusts tools, metal, lathes, guillotines, fly
presses, spanners, cutters, drill bits, screwdrivers (will I end the
list here?) very quickly. Very sad.
I keep my tools from rusting (alas - not with complete success) by
spraying with food-grade silicone spray. The spray has some "magic"
stuff that bubbles on contact with rust. Every time I drill, mill or
crimp I use the spray ...
Better than zip.
