Dave Stinson is obviously struggling to find the circuit and other 
information for his TR9D.
This is covered in Air Publication 1186 Volume 1. Section 1 covers 
Transmitters, Section 2 covers Transmitter-Receivers, and Section 3 covers 
Receivers. The TR9 is in Section 2.
These are available on CD-ROMs from Radio Bygones Magazine in the UK.
I just tried, and found their website very hard to drive. Go to 
www.radiobygones.com, which seems to automatically redirect to 
www.epemag3.com. Click on the 'UK Store' tag and then put '1186' into the 
search box. Good luck, it seems very easy to end up being redirected to the 
US Store part (which you might think you would prefer, but I can't find 
AP1186 there).
I have no connection with Radio Bygones other than as a satisfied customer, 
(although their website is very awkward!)
