That was pretty much my line of thinking for the SWAG, Mike. And we all
know that the only thing that was definite as far as equipment line up is
that nothing seems to have been definite. You can plan for a specific
application, but once it hits the field, it's anyone's guess. As has been
shown here numerous times, there were plenty of exceptions to every rule.
The cost vs potential utility gained makes it a good choice.

Though I hadn't considered the possibility of ARC eating the cost as part
of the contract process. Excellent point.
