According to OPNAV 5400-4, unit identification code (UIC) 70272
is:

Commanding Officer, Naval Computer and Telecommunications
Area Master Station LANT, Norfolk, VA (70272).

or what we called NAVCAMS LANT back in the day.  I know they
had separate transmitter and receiver sites, and maybe multiples
of those....  so the exact location where that radio was used may remain a mystery.
