[ARC5] Equivalent tube types

Dear list:
There are well known equivalents (long life, high reliablity) to the
12A?7 series of tubes.
(See?  you guys have corrupted me.  I now call a "valve" a "tube"!  
Aaarghhhh!  My soul is bound for perdition ....)

Can any-one tell me the numbers?
It's 6000 or 9000 or some number like that.

Ditto for the 9000 .. 9003 types.
There are "common" equivalents for these.
Can anyone help?
I have an ARC VHF set that uses these tubes but there are some that are
hard to get.
