I believe the cable assy your looking for is a CD-302.  At least that's 
one of them used with the HS-23 and HS-33.   It has the PL055 (PJ-055B) 
on one end and a JK-26 on the other.  Fair Radio has (had?) the JK-26's 
as cuttofs.  I generally make them up from the plugs and some black, 
rubber-covered 2-conductor cable.  They look the part just fine.  I have 
a number of new PJ-055B plugs and some JK-26 jacks.  I bought a box of 
JK-26's, but I'll have find them.
