I found a supplier with reasonable prices:

You can order from them and pay 
directly from PayPal.  Two boxes of 20 screws
plus one box of nuts and shipping was $18,
which really isn't bad for specialty fasteners
considering $10 of that is shipping.

Does anyone know anything about this supplier?
