The German tank radios were as following:
Transmitters:
10 W.S.c  27.2mhz to 33.3mhz
10 W.S.h  23.0mhz to 24.95
made by Telefunken

20 W.S.c 27.2mhz to 33.3mhz
20 W.S.h 42.1mhz to 47.8  talked to Luftwaffe
I think made by Loranze

Receivers:
UKw e 27.2mhz to 33.3mhz
UKw h 23mhz to 24.94

Aircraft:
Fug16 copied from the Fug17 
Fug16 38.5mhz to 47.9mhz
Fug17 42.1mhz to 47.9
The Fug17 was the first one used.

I have has hands on experience with the tank radios.
