[ARC5] AN/APX-1 and AN/APX-2 IFF systems

According to AN 08-30APX2-2 (Operator's and Installation Manual) on the 
AN/APX-2A, you probably have a correctly fitted out RT-24/APX-2.  I base this 
on the fact that RT-24A/APX-2 also used TN-8/APX-1.
