[ARC5] 14 V R-23A / ARC-5

Hello folks,

Watch out for item # 170788100995.
The seller, radiojunkyard, claims that the 14 V dynamotor is the correct one 
for the illustrated  R-23A / ARC-5 Rx whose nomencalture plate clearly shows 
28 V.

When I asked what led the vendor to believe the dynamotor was correct, the 
reply was:
Depending on ther application either 28v or 14v dynamotors could be used.
[Obviously, English was not high on the agenda for radiojunkyard]

My reply to this was:
Wrong answer. Clearly you have no idea of these sets - and I'm not going to 
tell you how to tell if a 28 V set has been modified for 14 V. I expect you 
to know that before you make bland and quite worthless assertions.
