[ARC5] Tube Testing

Gee, Wayne, why go to all that trouble? Just buy a cheap emission tester off 
eBay. They go for around $50.00. Sometimes less. In fact, you can 
sometimes find one of those old "Drug Store" tube testers for peanuts, and 
they are easy to restore.And they are loaded with sockets!!!

Besides, one of those would look really neat sitting in the corner of your 
shack! :-)
