 The rust inspection can prevent CO from entering the auto. All the other
 inspection stuff is common sense to those who have it. Most these days
 lack it.

 In Taxachusetts, they check everything, including brakes, lights, turn
 ignals, wipers, windshield washer, horn, tires, emissions, body rust,
 lass, and a bunch more.
 Not that it actually does any good except make work for the inspection
 tations, who collect hefty fees.
