[ARC5] Spinner knobs - tuning gear

I've made a few of these, and they can be made to precisely match the 
originals.  Except for the female spline, they use fairly common 
machining techniques.  I posted a fabrication drawing and some random 
fabrication notes for an original at the very bottom of 
http://aafradio.org/garajmahal/flex_drive_cables.html in case anyone 
wants to try their hand using my methods...shape with a claw hammer and 
file to fit....
