[ARC5] Spinner knobs - tuning gear

Hi,

I've been "pressing" plastic tubing into service on the splines. Lately
I have been considering how I might cast some parts to fit onto the
spline and provide the ubiquitous 1/4 inch shaft for whatever little
knob, spinner crank or golf cart steering wheel you want.
