[ARC5] T-19 Tube hatch needed

If no one else has responded, send me your mailing address and I will send 
you the small cover plate, with the "Caution High Voltage" plate, for the 
1625 tubes and an ARC-5 part no. 7785 octal-based calibration crystal for 
3.265 MHz. I do have the same style crystal for 3.5 MHz if you prefer.
