[ARC5] 75 Mtr to "Q-5er" Converter.

The Super 6 output, as was most converters of the day, 
was somewhere at the high end of the broadcast band, 
probably around 1400-1600 kcs. They had to have a bit 
of a range of frequencies to avoid any local high power 
stations.
