I have a suspicion that a heavier load will be completely *different*. I
have 'em so I connected all the wires to the appropriate places and
noted that the transformers are not being "pushed". When I get time I'll
push a little. I have a mechanical thermometer that runs up to 300
degrees or so that I'll use to see how hot they get. It better not be
more than 300 degrees! Having real numbers is always better than
sticking your finger or tongue on it to "guess". Mine is used to check
automotive cooling systems and furnace plenums. It looks like the ones
we used to measure main shaft bearings on the destroyer.
