I've used Mobilith SHC-100 synthetic electric motor bearing grease for 
years, Ken.  It's design for small high RPM bearings, unlike wheel 
bearing grease or the like.  Be aware that you need to keep it in the 
refrigerator when you are not using it - it has a higher concentration 
of the oil in the binder than, say, ball joint grease, and tends to 
separate in larger volumes (like a grease gun tube.)  I keep mine in a 
plastic sack in the freezer of the outside refridge when I'm not using 
it, and that helps a lot.  In the minute quantities that are contained 
in a dyno bearing, I've never noticed any separation problem.
