[ARC5] Vibrator Power Supplies

There was at least one transmitter that used a vibrator.

The Canadian HPA for the WS 19 could operate from 115 VAC and 24 (?) VDC.
It is roughly a linear with a single 813 tube.

Also, the WS 58 had a backpack accumulator PS that made +90 amnd +180 from
a 2 V lead-acid battery.
