[ARC5] RCA AVT/AVR: Strange Vibrations.

I ran the Old Military net at the 2011 Dayton Hamvention with my AVR20, AVT 
112, and AVA 126 power supply.  I also use this set on our local 3885 net 
and have had it a number of times on the Sat Morn Old Military Net in years 
past.  I have 4 0f these sets with the power supplys and usually find only 
have to replace the Buffer Cap, and on one,  burnish the vibrator contacts 
by carefully taking the vibrator apart.  I find them to be quite reliable 
sets.
