[ARC5] RCA AVT-112 Transmitter Notes

Closest I found in CallBook was WB6KVK, an 
Andrew P Oshrin in California. An uncommon 
name, apparently. I wonder if he could be 
a relative and you may have misread the 
name on your document with h and n looking 
sort of alike.
