FWIW, the military version of the 18S-4 is the RT-380/AR, part of AN/ARC-59.
Most of them were used by the USAF, it seems.

I have a civilian 18S-4 in storage.  I missed the RT-380/AR units that Fair sold
cheap a couple of decades ago.  The rack doesn't seem to be very commonly available.
The control box is found occasionally on ebay.
