I did some "research" on those some years ago: they are a 4 channel rig, 
quite well built, but very heavy for what they are. The individual channel units 
can be "synthesized" by any competent ham.

They are very "unhandy" to use for folks like us as their frequency agility is 
almost nil.

But they are very robust and typical Collins quality.
