[ARC5] Peeling Paint Perplexities

I would repaint the front panel and try to fill in the lettering using a Sharpie marker of the correct color.  They make both paint markers and ink markers.  And the paint markers come in both water based and non-water based versions.  

And if you screw it up, you can always strip and repaint it (says the man who must hold the world's record for painting the same BC-348 over and over again).
