Large format scanners and photographic methods
are what they are....

Or you could do what Eberhard Hewicker, DK3HE,
did for the SP-200  -- redraw and regenerate the schematics in
a software tool, and export in a form that can
be widely viewed/zoomed/printed (PDF in this
case).
