[ARC5] Opinions on ARR-7

Its a stripped down 12 tube version of the SX-28A without the noise blanker 
(there is a diode clipper) and the single 6V6 is coupled to the headphone 
jack with a capacitor.
No bandspread of course and no power supply. The military PS runs off 400 
Hz. The 24VDC scanning motor is often engaged and jammed, many just remove 
it.

Without a few mods it isnt a pleasure to use but with at least a speaker 
output its OK for a SWL.
