Also, the MX-2/ARR-2 can be turned into ersatz PL-152, PL-152-A, or the 
6000 or 9000 equivalents with a little machine work.  The inserts are the same. 
 How close you can get it to looking original depends upon what else you 
have in the spares box.  For the -A you need a ferrule and nut.  For the non-A 
you would need a PL-152 backshell or some black phenolic sheet and 
considerable patience.

The female P8-23 (correct Cannon nomenclature is actually P8-23-3/4) 
SCR-284 connectors he lists are stock originals.  The right angle and straight 
backshell males can be used in place of P8-24 but the cable clamps are too 
small (should also be 3/4").
