[ARC5] 5670 Tube

I have had some experience with the 5670.  I had a URR-13 that used some of them as well as a few other pieces of military UHF gear.  It seems to be like be a 12AT7 but with an entirely different pin-out.  I assume that the pin out was driven by its UHF use and the associated need to keep lead lengths short. 

The old drugstore tube testers did not have a 5670 setting and I was forced to make an adapter to test mine using modified 12AT7 settings.  It is to the Torrance, CA, Lafayette Radio store staff's credit that they did not throw me out when I pulled that thing out of my pocket and plugged it into their machine.
