Still, the technology developed in WWII was damned impressive...with not
a digital device to be found anywhere.
Here's yet another short clip about the VB-3 RAZON (developed in WWII, but
not used in combat until the Korean War).

The VB-3 RAZON tail fin section with the radio and gyro equipment had eight
controllable surfaces: Two that responded to LEFT or RIGHT and two that
responded to UP or DOWN, all controlled by its AN/CRW-7 radio receiver, plus
four that responded CLOCKWISE or COUNTERCLOCKWISE in response to the on-board
gyroscopic roll stabilization system. I'd love to have one of those complete
tail-fin sections!
