[ARC5] [Milsurplus] More Guided Bomb Control Box Stuff

It's interesting to me how far this technology has come in our lifetimes,
from the AZON to today's Predators, Reapers, and Grey Eagles that killed a
couple of Jihadists in Yemen this morning.
