This proved a good starting point in locating products that will serve
nicely for the inner armor.  Some are jacketed, which really isn't a problem
since there will be a braid over it, but some are bare metal which works
nicely if the braid gets a wee bit loose letting the armor be seen.  It's
also the stuff I've seen in photos of some industrial robots which confirms
that I wasn't seeing things.  :-D
