[ARC5] Scammers (SCR-183 Items Seeking )

Now this one is really interesting!
The name and ham radio call sign are authentic.
The QRZ listing for m3tkn sounds pretty fishy, too.
Wonder if the guy is for real, or a crook so stupid he thinks he
can get a ham ticket just to scam and get away with it.
No telling; Criminals are very stupid people, prone to "magical 
thinking."
I told him to send photos and that I would "pay handsomely for mint 
examples."
We'll see.
