[ARC5] GF-12/RU-17 two-pin connectors and Test Meter

That's a 77 connector.  I have a few @ $12.50 plus about $2.00 domestic 
shipping.

I don't know the answer to the test meter question.  My sorta assumption 
has been that someone at A.R.C. thought it would be a good idea to put one in 
each aircraft for the techs to use.  And the Navy disagreed.
