No. Sorry. There simply ain't such.

Well, your OWN ISP will often give you the ability to add to your 
"White List" (opposite of Black List, duh) in THEIR spam filter. All 
e-mails in that White List will automatically be sent on to you, but 
it can be very limiting. However, that usually only works for 
INCOMING (to you) e-mails.
