[ARC5] Mail List "Spam" Filter- Need Guidance.

It's unclear how any particular filter works, and there are several layers:

QTH and Yahoo are the first layer.
Your own email server is another.

This is by no means definitive but a message will likely get trapped if:

The sender's name, etc., contains no vowels.
If the send time is way off (hours).
If it contains a blacklisted URL.
If there is a lot of punctuation in the Subject line.
If the message comes from a not-trusted relay.

Note that QRZ often gets blacklisted because SpamCop reports all URLs in a
spam message, even those admin email addresses listeed in messages.
