Hi,

I'm at least a little cynical of chance for publication in QST, too.
There ARE other publications AND it's pretty easy to publish on the web.
Maybe it's so easy to publish on the web that a lot of material there
just doesn't deserve to be published. It might be a mistake to publish
there just as building a ten million dollar mansion in the middle of a
slum. The thing is - if we don't try it is never going to happen at all.

I'm not the expert but I am a ham that uses those things as designed. I
can supply a little bit of collaboration if somebody wants to run with
it.
