May as well give up, Mike. While we both know it's a wildly implausible
hypothesis with no basis in known fact or even reasonable theory, we'll be
considered narrow minded and a whole bunch of other things if we don't go
along with Neil's proposal. Been there, done that, the T-shirt got lost in
the mail.
