[ARC5] Wrinkle paint

About 7 years ago somebody suggested using Harley Davidson
wrinkle paint, so I went to the HD franchise here in Auckland and
inspected the bikes on display.
Sure enough, some bikes were painted in wrinkled black. I bought
a can of touchup with the idea of heating the painted item in the
summer sun to bring out the wrinkle, as somebody else just posted
but I never got around to doing it so can't report the outcome.

The can was HD part number 98606AW but this appears to be no
longer stocked.  Here is a photo of my can that I took this afternoon:

HD still sells cans of touchup. Here is a search result that will give
