[ARC5] Command TX Repairs

If memory serves, aren't there some very small ball-bearings around the
shaft of the variable caps - on one end or the other?  And, if the
suspension beads are gone, it's likely the ball bearings have fallen out as
well.  If I recall, there's nothing to hold the ball-bearings in place
(other than a small amount of 60 year-old grease) once the suspension beads
fall out.  And, if the ball-bearings are gone...........the cap is likely
useless.
